Since the SSM II used a TRS upper, any staggered TRS boat would work. The Scarab 377 raised deck was available as a staggered configuration, you may be able to find someone parting one out. That would be my best guess.

I just happen to have a complete 377 staggered setup ..all the engine mounts driveshaft transmission coupler and driveshaft covers ..also the part that bolts to transom to conn driveshaft too

Can you rebuild and replace the existing bearing? The right bearing place should be able to help even if you had to modify the support bracket.
