Direct from manufacturer on parts sent back show a minimum of 10 minutes of dry run (NO OIL) on rocker assemblies resulting in NO WARRANTY. Lifters show signs of tight, out of round and tapered bores which should NOT HAVE BEEN WARRANTIED but being the great company that Johnson Lifters are they not only took care of it out of courtesy to BOB but also upgraded the lifters to compensate the extreme conditions (unstable temps, thick oil with high oil pressure). Future lifter warranties for this customer are now used up. Heads to be determined but we all know they had no part in this except "maybe" the wrong springs which caused NO damage. Again this information came direct from the manufacturers not comic books or a google search and has been known for over a week....still waiting on head damage info but the head shipment to manufacturer was delayed for some "reason". Yes I had a dog in the fight because of relationship with Bob and Johnson Lifters.

NO MONETARY GAIN TO ME........ just looking out for my friends and family!!!!!

Vintage sorry about ruining your thread.

Absolutely not run dry no oil for 10 minutes I ran 20/50 oil I been running for 10 years with zero issues.

I talked to afr owner yesterday, I know my results and It's all been handled, mine of your or anyone else's buisness I was not looking for a payday I have a few grand out of my pocket yesterday, yes some guys helped out because there is more to it that you DONT KNOW so go f yourself with your bashing on me, you don't like me because I didn't buy your big dollar Holley efi that you said is a must because carbs are no good...

I refuse to post anymore about my situation of what happened the people that matter to me know and it's all been worked out, so you can keep hating and bashing on me that's fine.... But for a 60 year old buisnessman.... Wow that amazes me... You are the cockiest person I ever seen on Oso and swap shop... I think you have yourself held to such a high standard that you have to try and make others feel like chit.

You cry to Oso admins when it does not go your way. You bash other people who do kkow what they are doing just because it is not Brian's ....I mean Mr. Wonderfuls way....

You don't know what was discussed with certain people on phone about my situation and what has and has not happened and been addressed. Stop coming on here making yourself look like a cocky you know what.

I wish I could actually tell you what I really think but I would get tossed off Oso for it... But I can say guys like you ruin this place...

Sell that Baja? Get that title yet? Yes you are perfect I forgot ... Haha
