Rob when's the motor going to fire-up?

Looks like a Baddazz build, cant wait to see the results. I own a shop that builds transmissions/ rear ends every day and about 6 or so performance motors a year. I also do custom fabrication, welding and machining. I have a full time employee (my 28 y/o son) who does efi tuning and programming on top of building transmissions. I used to come on here and have meaningful TECHNICAL discussions and post SOLID hands on advice from ACTUAL experience, not something I googled or re-regurgitated from another site. Nowadays I come on here about every two weeks and it seems the same group of guys are polluting every thread with a bunch of of fighting, hatred, "my opinion is the only one and if you don't agree I'm going to wage war with you", and just a bunch of the most childish crap I have EVER seen on this forum, WTF is wrong with this handful of people???? Has anyone noticed that a rather large number of guys who are considered experts in their field NEVER post anything any more on here?? I don't waste my time posting anymore because of this insanity. Did you guys get your azz beat in high school everyday and now you want to show us what a internet baddazz you are? Some people really need to grow up and act like MEN, NOT CHILDREN,Smitty

Some time this fall it will go to the dyno.
Not much free time these days to play with this stuff. We have a 2 1/2 year old and a 10 week old and I'll be 45 in July. :fear:

It's really not in my nature to hurry this kind of thing as I enjoy building this stuff as much as being on the water.

Hopefully have it dynoed and mocked up in the bilge by fall so I can have the tig welder over to measure up the dry pipes. We need to kick the tail pipes down a few inches to clear the rub rail.

Damn man. You better put a cap on that thing or you'll never retire. I feel you pain my 1 and only (hopefully) just turned 3. Wouldn't be to bad but my wife is now working out of town (Texas) 4 days a week. So, my son helps with anything and everything. And by the way I just rebuilt a carb with carb cleaner and my son worked the blow gun and our rebuild made 33more hp on the dyno than Nickerson's $900 rebuilt Holley :-) his looks much better than ours but his went into a box on the shelf and mine is on the motor. Smitty, I wish this site did not go downhill because many of us appreciate the weath of knowledge YOU along with members like Mild Thunder share for FREE with no alteerior motive of financial gain.
