Done that before too. BAM is awesome for the parts listings they provide - organized, easy, and accurate. For that, I patronize them when I can.

I've had a PHENOMINAL experience with MarineEngine.com. I needed an exhaust manifold and I can't brag enough how well they identified the part - gaskets and basically walked me thru the replacement process.

I can't comment on costs in general - but I do know this the original OEM Mercruiser manifold was significantly less than what my local marina was going to charge.

all the best

Love Bam but their shipping costs can be rediculous for small parts.
