Like above.
Way back when people thought they where cool if the had a "Holley 750 Double Pumper" on their street car.
Problem was, for 20yrs or so, the average 'performance' street car had a piece of schit factory 180-200HP 5.7L motor.
That was where the 'over carbureted' term mostly came from.

Summit racing has a carb calculator on their site. I've used it before and it's usually pretty much dead on.

change out the center body to an HP style such as the holley one and see an easy 20+hp gain.
