Thought something was odd about that pic .energizer kit .someone spent some moolah for that upgrade .
Don't forget the impeller horsepower charts and how little it takes to turn any impeller up to what I call its stall speed when you plan your engine build .and the peanut port 330 horse 454s that can smoke the tires on a pickup truck for a whole city block don't

Thanks for all of the great info guys. I think I am going to go with the Xtreme 262 based on rpm range, compression ratio, and current exhaust.

I've got an Edlebrock RPM Air Gap intake that I'm going to use and I am seeing a lot of mixed info on 600 vs 750 cfm. I didn't realize that I could loose a bit on the lower end if I go with a 750 cfm. The tech at Holley said there is a simple formula and that even at 6000 rpm a mid 350 won't pull a full 600 cfm. Any other thoughts?

Most jet boats are comparable to a truck with a 3000 rpm or so stall speed convertor ,with the exception of a few select units ,with yours prob not going to be one of them ,make the majiic happen at 3-6000 rpm you.will have a

Bit more efficiency with the Aa imp and the place divertor and Jacuzzi intake will help.pop it on plane too .if that's a stainless impeller don't let anyone cut on it ,it looks like a later style unit .
