Default Flywheel balancing

I have neutral balance flywheel from an automotive application I plan on using on my 540 ci build. The rotating assembly was balanced without the flywheel supplied to them. Would it make sense to have this flywheels balance checked?

Assuming the crankshaft is the internally balanced type. If it isn't they should asked for a flywheel and harmonic balancer.

but what are we rechecking? if the flywheel is neutral? or if crank is neutral balanced correctly or not? they coulda been external balancing with a generic supposedly correct for application flywheel and balancer. i think those answers are necessary from place that did the balancing first.
