Stainless exhaust tip flappers ???
 

Came across these... kinda look cool but pretty pricey... anyone have any experience with them ??

I've used a few sets of them. They worked great and really look sharp. Although, they are a little pricey, they look so much better than the rubber ones. Also, the rubber ones tend to stay open after some run time. These won't do that.

After a couple years of listenin' to the rattle of metal on metal, I took 'em apart, 'n bolted tiny tabs of rubber millbelt to 'em,.....

Been nice, 'n quiet ever since,....

Apart from the cost, one of my concerns was whether the mechanical hinge could corrode and start to get stuck in the up position. With the new tails I've just bought, I will not have an internal flapper so the external is the only thing thats going to block water from coming in...

Uhhh.... that would be three sets for me at close to $1,000... YIKES!!!
