And since the hatch will have to be modified, why not go all the way ? :D LMAOF.
http://image.superchevy.com/f/techni..._intake%2b.jpg Really Tim, can't you just install the sombreros or "hats", whatever they are called? Should get you an extra 2-3"? You can pull the ones off my old hatch and have them if they are still at Dave's..... Easy weekend project, they are just plastic inserts. |
Someone PLEASE help Tim pull his tampon out.............:bananalove::cheer:

I can't figure out how to post photos from my phone on here. If anyone wants to see a dyno sweep of my 540s with pro systems 4150 to see the afr's out of the box give me an email or phone number, I'll send em to you to post. I think mild thunder may already have one that he posted in another thread for me.

A friend of mine had a few 540's with 325 afr's built last year. they were run on the dyno and made around 730 hp with 850 holley's. i'm not a motor builder but if someone could use 850's instead of toilet bowls, i would think they would be better off. i run 1050's on my 750's but they are pretty fat, i wouldn't mind going to 850's myself. the guy is on oso here are goes by dirty dan, he may be able to explain the set up a little better.
