I have used PVC as well..works great rots, we are in the sign/graphics business and use them as sign blanks and come in a bunch of thickness's

When I was redoing my formula, I used starboard. Not good for painting or gluing but mine wasn't any of that so it was a perfect choice for me.

Sold me on it. By the time I resin the "LUAN" etc this is a much better route. Tks for the tip. Appreciate it.
