I re-did my cruiser with PVC foam board. The original plywood was growing mushrooms - I am not kidding. This stuff is great!! I even built up my helm seats with it. Plenty strong, you can glue it, bend it, whatever.

Did you roll the foam and vinyl over it and then staple?

I have to ck that also. I've had some 1/4" luon that I was making some templates and molds with and thought I would use it cause it's so light and readily available. I need to make some side panels with carpet as well as something to rap the foam backed headliner with for the cuddy. Boat is getting ready for paint now.

Do you have to find a dealer or somebody to purchase through.

Is it spelt Luon? I always spelled it Luan. (Gotcha Again!!!) :-D.
Sorry man, couldn't help myself!

We use Celtec for all our side bolsters at work (Tiara Yachts). Super easy to work with, mold and algae resistant chemicals built in, and will most likely last as long as the boat is in service.
