100 % no - not even the same app - 500 EFi is Delco HEI with module - IC and the ECM reads this.
500 carb distributor set up thru out - T bolt IV & V.that uses the ignition sensor assembly- oil filled coil
The coils used are not even the same, the distributor caps not even same, Merc part numbers not even close to being same and so on and so for the jist of it..
