Default H2x vs donzi

Hey guys. I'just bought my first 'powerboat' if you will say. It's a 2004 Baja h2x with a 496 mag in it. I took it out for the first time last weekend but the speedo was acting up so I was not able to tell the top speed. Curious could some one tell me what it should run ? Also my buddy has a donzi around 23-27 ft. I'm curious if it will be faster then his boat ?

Speedo or dream o meter wont work. Down load GPS on your smart phone or buy a GPS for a accurate reading. Your stock one could be 10-15 mph off.

I've heard this rhetoric nonstop since I joined here, but my Gaffrig pitot speedo is within 1-2mph of my GPS from 35mph-72mph.
