Anyone use one of these?

I like this as a more permanent solution then the spacer.

The second option is very simple and easy to install. I use that exact spacer and have also used the WAGS engineering piece. Both work great and I've been running them full time for 5 years. The spacer also keeps the sensor farther from the water mixing location.
Hope this helps.

There is no welding in the first option. There is a hole drilled and tapped in the exhaust stream, then the bung is installed with an outer "set" nut and viton (or similar) o-ring to seal up the water. I do like the O2 sensor closer to the head with the spacer.
I am worried that my corsa diverters will no be so accommodating for the spacer. I thought about machining off some material from the riser and manifold to help with the rise but am uncertain until I get a better look.

My friend installed that second spacer in his stock merc cast iron exhaust. He kept blowing 02 from moisture. The stock exhaust water dump is still relatively close to that joint, too close for an 02 if you want to run AFR all day.
On a side note I have bungs welded in my CMI tails, and I love them. The local welder did such a good job they look factory, pretty amazing and no issues with moisture.

Not true for all cases. As I stated I've been using those spacers for 5 years of year round boating with no issue from moisture. Excessive cam then it would be a problem with stock exhaust. I'm at 221/230 @ .050" , 114 LSA hyd roller small block, stock exhaust for reference.
