I have these Dana flappers on my boat now but these are internal flappers not external. I no longer have them on the two rear motors as I went to full length dry tails this winter but I still have two of them on my center engine. The work great and they are removable from the outside for repair or replacement of the flapper itself. They slip inside the exhaust tip and are held on by two small nuts/bolts.

And if anyone is interested in them, I have four of them sitting on a shelf in my garage.
