Best Spark Plug To Use

I have a 2008 Mercury Racing 525 EFI. What spark plug would you recommend and the gap? Thanks in advance.

I have found that the Autolite racing series plugs have been the best. (AR prefix) Their catalog should have your listing in the correct heat range.
