Default oil cooler flow direction

I am plumbing 2 new oil coolers for my boat. My engine builder marked the oil thermostat block for oil to cooler and from cooler. Hooking to the cooler, does the oil flow the same direction as the water, or against it?

in reality,it just does not matter,might be a few deg differance.
