What's this ?????????
Just ran across this on a boat I bought (2003 Velocity 260/496 Mag/Bravo 1X), there is a black plastic hose/tube coming out of the top that has either been cut off from somewhere or it's not supposed to connect to anything. It's part of the cooling system, that much I've figured out, but have no clue as to it's function and the tube coming out of the top of it. Any input is greatly appreciated.
