Make sure the follower is in place between the cam and plunger. Plunger does not ride directly on the cam.

Yes I did get the shift bracket. Tks to smokingun - he sent me everything I needed to switch over. I will make sure that it's lubed well. In fact it's lubed pretty well as is. looks like a clear grease on it. Very low hours on everything.

Tks again very much. That was bugging me but with so many other things to finish I always just put it aside but didn't wanna install engines until I knew exactly what was what.

The electric part I was referring to was the part I actually have my hand over in picture. It's for the electric shift. I do see the neutral safety switch though as well but pretty sure my new throttles have as well. Will make sure before I eliminate. I'm not gonna miss the original throttles that's for sure. Although not bad and suited their purpose time to go.

Tks again picklenjim for the extra help seeing this through. I will have to look at it again tomorrow to confirm the follower your referring to however I'm sure when I get back at it I will see. Glad you mentioned that though.
