Reliability and how do I define it? Hmmm. Regardless of HP, if it starts when I want it to start, runs when I want it to run, doesn't leave me stranded at the complete other butt end of the lake and doesn't require me to be ass-up in the engine compartment to make it do all of the above, it's reliable.

Runs fine, I have 2 new trans to put in this spring.
