How much horsepower do I have??
 

I haven't dynoed my motors, but am trying to figure out what my base horsepower is. They are custom fuel injection motors and I have a feeling my injectors are too small. I want to get an educated opinion on what power level they might be.

GEN 4 GM SIAMESE TALL DECK 540s
JE pistons
Callie cranks
Carillo rods
Dart pro1 race heads (might be 320cc)
Crane 741 cam
Vortec v4 race supercharger. (5-6 lbs boost at 5000 rpm)
Procharger intercooler
2000 cfm throttle body (Hawk)
BRODIX single plane intake with injector bosses
Jesel belt drive
Oil thermostats and pre-lubers
Crane gold roller rockers
ARP studded
Fully balanced and blue printed
AEROMOTIVE A1000 fuel pumps and regulators
Gils

I'm running electromotive ecu with multi port injection and distributor less ignition. It's fully programmable and tells you what injectors to use based on HP...so that's the why I'm asking about injector sizing.

Ive had a LEAN situation and sent my injectors off to BUP for cleaning/inspection and he feels I may be putting out more horsepower than the injectors can keep up to (duty cycle wise). I wont say what size I have just yet since I'm curious to see what other experts say. ;)

I'm not much of a supercharger knowledgeable person, so I'd wait for some more responses.

It would help to have some flow numbers on the heads, base compression ratio and which intercooler ?

What trim v4?

NA 509's with pro one 310's ported by valako and same cam made 650 posted recently by tinkerer. Like earlier post mentioned need to know what your SCR is. I would guess your a 8.5-9:1. If I had to guess without doing a quick Google search I'd say near 775 @ 5,000
