Default Total Weight

I'm looking at purchasing a 1988 Maxim 222 22 footer this weekend, and am trying to calculate the entire weight, it comes with the 454 big block, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

3150ish dry weight from stingray brochure. Add 500 for fuel and gear, 1500 for a trailer. I agree, about 5k on a trailer ready to go.
