With a 27 at 5200 you would be close to 77-78mph with decent slip numbers. What was your actual top speed?

It does not look like you are adding any noticeable HP to me.

WOT range on the 454mag is 4600-5000rpms. Spin it as close to 5000rpms as possible for best performance.

Try a 23 Rev4 prop and 24 Bravo1 prop. Use BBlades test program.
