Question is, there are dimples from the inside outward. How do you remove and then replace?

You didn't get others parts etc with? Says replacement however is it possible you have the wrong ones. I have some that look a familiar and seems like the is 2 or 4 ss screws that hold the flapper in place. I don't like them and prefer outer clamp ones. is it possible you got the incorrect replacement. Don't give those away do they.
