Figured I'd update the thread.
I ended up getting an adjustable water pickup from imco. I am running 1.25" inch water hose, from pickup to a water manifold. From the water manifold, i am running a 3/4 ID hose to each intercooler inlet. Exiting the intercooler, a single 3/4 line to a 3/4 thru hull dump. At 90mph, i am seeing about 18psi of water psi in each intercooler. At 75mph , about 10 psi. At 50mph, 0 psi. Although, i can look over the side at 50mph, and see a bunch of water dumping overboard. 8% overdriven, intake temps vary from 105ish, to 120ish , depending on the inlet water temps and ambient air temps. My thought was , 1 pickup with an 1.25 supply line, should be able to support each intercooler with enough water. Right now the pickup is mounted in the highest position, and i could drop it down for more psi, but i think im good. |
