Yup - I've had two go bad over the last five years. They run but just won't hold the required pressure.

I found Aeromotive fuel pumps to be grade A dogshet when I used them in drag racing. Find a better pump, otherwise you will be in for a long road of dissapointment.

Stay away from a gear rotor design they are s-ity Go with a vane type pump. Vane pump will prime better.

How much power are you making? Weldon has a few in line pumps available.

[QUOTE=frickstyle;4445348]1000

The 1075/1200 mercruiser uses a 2025 pump. Call Weldon they will give you the rite answer.
