Default Thermostats in a blown application?

Looking for some input on thermostats in my supercharger application. I know Teague did not run them in his older blower motors and my motors were built to his specs. My issue is that it does not seem to bring the oil up to temp and water temp is cold as well.

Should I add thermostats? And if yes...120? 140?

I would think they would have oil tstats, I will have to try to talk to the builder to find out.
