I have heard we are now finding the lifespan of the thunderbolt ignition. I have a dui ignition on my 525sc. works great.

Not sure if this might have something to do with your issue but the coil on my starboard leaked out the oil and was causing hard start. Installed new coil today. If the ohms in coil are off it might fry module.

That probably would not be a bad idea. I have read about the add on rev limiters failing as well and causing issues.

I had a module die on my 94 525sc tbolt 4 last year. I went with a Daytona Sensor ignition and love it. Buying a second one for the other engine. They already have a 525sc curve in them.
