Pretty sure tim called them direct a while back, and they assured him all is well. Now, after seeing his lobes , they are saying send the cams in, to get checked to make sure their is 0 taper on the lobes.

At this point, i think some of the cams that came from that party, need to go out for an independent analysis.

I cant help but notice when visiting cam motions site, the lack of things pertaining to big block stuff, besides 8.1 truck cams, let alone bbc endurance stuff. Looks like they specialize in LS engine stuff.

Does anyone know if they spintron test their lobes with bbc components?

Not to my knowledge. But they have a profile similar to those being complained about. Not as much lift or duration but a similar ratio between them. Edit- I'll pay for shipping to a testing facility for any non destructive testing if you think its worth your $

Has Tim pulled the pan and inspected bearings. Also how do the roller tips look? Can't remember if he posted a pic of those or not.

I'm assuming he's going to tear down completely but just perhaps not right away.

I was informed today that the older bob stuff was not spec'd by him.... Just sold through him.... And when bin did it himself the issues started...
