21 lib was my first boat and had a boring bone stock 350. Seems like a whopping 53 mph. Was great for a first boat at 19 but ran with a guy who had same boat with a 454- alpha from factory and he ran around 70. Always surprised me he never had drive issues however he drove it sensibly especially coming out of the water and re-entry. Boat still on the water to this day. Go BBC and have some fun.
