Do these press out from the bottom, they have a retaining clip in the package, the bottom hole diameter is larger than the top, and I presume they press back in from the top and rest against these clips ?

Thanks for all the help, FYI they press out from the top, there is a lip machined in the top of the hole that the bushing rest against
