looking for a set of heads for my Eliminator, ran across a set of iron merlins, any body had any experiance with these ? thanks Rob

When we were building our BBC 500 CI engines, a lot of time was spend deciding on which cast iron heads to use. The best I can remember, the Dart I.E. heads had better designed exhaust ports but they both needed work. At the end of the day, it will depend on if you want to have any work done on the ports. Consider talking with Jim Valako as he has been working on improving BBC cast iron heads for 15-20 years.

Doesn't Summit sell an exact copy of the Dart I.E. 308 in their house brand.
