I just can't see that. Stainless casts the inner exhaust then welds, in clamshell fashion, the outer water-jacket around the inner exhaust portion. Sure would be interesting to get a borescope pic/vid of this cylindrical object. It just has to fit through the fitting hole after removing a 3/4" water fitting.
