Well Let me see now last month I ran my boats about 40+ hours 10 hours at night.

I turn the docking lights on about a second and then off again only need to use them now and then.

For the third time now I do not shine bright white lights at other boaters this includes Docking Lights. And if your out on the water and shine your high intensity spot light at me cause you think that is legal and your so fricken smart be prepared for a very unpleasant response.

I guess none of you drive your car at night cause you would have to face oncoming traffic with headlights you may even be going 70 mph and the guy coming at you may be going 70 and on a two lane blacktop you may pass within a few feet of each other and you could repeat this 1000's of times.

Now when it comes to boating your scared that someone might turn on a docking light going 25 mph with you stopped because we know you are too scared to go at night so you will be calling tow boat US to tow you back and you may pass another boat within 30 FEET. And you are ready to be the water police.

The other night I needed fuel in the boat. I did NOT go to the beer store with all the lights on in the world. I did NOT buy beer. I did turn the lights almost off in the house for about 20 minutes fired up the boat with no white lights shining in my eyes and went boating at night (scary for some of you) I know. I went to the fuel dock. Guess what it is a fuel dock used by people at night so for you brainiacs was it lite up like a new WAWA NO it was not. Very dim. Got my fuel and blasted back it was a lot a fun. I did nothing illegal and guess what I made it whew how scary. We just do not have real boaters anymore. Some of you will be asking the government to put in street lights and speed limits on the water, makes me sick. America needs some real men again. lol

By the way you need to use a scan pattern at night, as we all have a little blind spot dead ahead at night. If you want to check to see how the blind spot works and develop a scan pattern lay down on your back and look at the stars pick one out and stare at it straight ahead and it will magically disappear. Move your eyes to the side and it shows back up again.
