Default Powder coat repair?

Anyone have any ideas how you can repair poweder coat? I have a windshield on my boat. The frame of the windshied is white powder coated. Have some nicks and scratches I would like to fix as boating slows down.

Are their any kits? Thanks for the ideas.

Mike

normal feather-sanding, prime, and paint to match
(the auto touch-up guys these days do a great job of matching color and gloss of whatever is there).

Can't actually re-powder without complete disassembly and stripping and doing a complete repowder.

Have heard of a guy that does "spot fixes" with some kind of hopped up heat gun, but his work is only pretty on flat surfaces (per a friend).

Fingernail polish works well on small nicks.

Yes they sell kit. I just saw one advertised in a Harbor Freight catalog. I've also seen the kits advertised in automotive mags. Try:

BTW, you need to "cook" the pieces in an oven. Dont use your cooking oven at home, it will be destroyed.
