Default Storing/Working on boat of trailer

What are some ways that you guys store your boats, off trailer in shop, that allows you to still climb in and out without fear of it falling. Are the jack stands adequate or do you build a cradle? Just curious of all the different ways to skin this cat

I'm not sure of your budget, but my solution was to buy a cheap used trailer. I intend to sell it for a profit when I am done with it after fixing it up a bit. There is a rough old myco on our local CL.

Jack stands will hold the boat, just have wood blocking to support the keel.
