Default LS 454 in crate, how much is it worth and how do I get rid of it?

I have an engine, still in the crate, with casting number 14015445. It belonged to my dad who recently passed. I have no idea what its worth or where to sell it. Can anyone help me?

It is in a barn in South Carolina. Where would I find the GM Part number?

Is it a NEW GM engine, or a rebuilt? That could have some affect on the value.

Rectangle port heads?

Attach some links to pics , even if its in a gm crate . I reuse the crap out of those things . At least we now know its not a buick 401 stuck in there and shipped to that barn though

New in crate. Rectangular port heads. I'm trying to figure out how to post pictures.
