But wasn't the thing to do to those 289-302s to make more power was to put some 351 heads on them. |

I have the 225 HP 4 barrel version in my 73 Penn Yan. You may want to change to double roller timing chain and gears. Stock cam gear is plastic coated and as the plastic wears the cam timing goes way retarded.

I do have a rebuilt 351 c sitting here im tired of looking at .

Closest thing i have found is a centurian wave . Have only ever seen one in person and 1 for sale.
16' front engine small block powered inboard. Turns on less than a dime and comes out of the hole like a supercharged jet skii. Would love to add one to my collection if anybody stumbles across one just sitting |
