Default Borg warner velvet drive fluid change recommendation

I'm going through my 1984 donzi 22' changing all the fluids .doing all the basic maintenance
454/400 cyclone ,TRS and Borg warner trans . I was wondering what fluid others were using in their trannys .

My 1957 Lyman has the original tranny fluid in it still I believe. Probably had to add some over the years, but never changed.

yes, std F but it is good idea to change, I would not use synthetic...
