I have zero qualifications to say anything, but this will keep you busy for a while.

I will try to address several points here:

1) Is your wide band calibrated? Most require a simple a free air calibration prior to use. If not done you are likely getting bogus numbers.

2) IF you sensor is calibrated then 14.5 at idle would be ok, but I think the engine would respond better at 14.0 ish at idle.

3) IF you are at 14+ at cruise then at a minimum you are likely down on power for that rpm, and more importantly on the ragged edge for engine issues.

4)IF you are truly at 16 at WOT you are giving up a LOT of power and shortening up time on the water as your motor will likely disassemble itself at the most inconvenient time. I've run 16+ at IDLE during tuning and the motor doesn't really like it at all.

The vast majority of N/A engines like 12.8 for a good max HP AFR, with marine motors adding some cushion and running 12.5 or richer at WOT.

I would not run more then 11.8 tops with boost in a boat.... or even my cars on street are set to not exceed 11.8 for that matter..

I tune for 11.2 on my boosted 9:1 street engines at 7 psi and above
