Ok, you are running a very similar set up. It also looks like you're running boxes as well. How are your transmissions mounted to the stringers. If you don't mind, next time you are in your boat, would you mind snapping a few pictures of them?

No boxes. The rear motor plate is mounted between the bellhousing and block. I can take a quick look and see what kind of room there is. Give me a cell # for sending pics if that's an option, posting here is a bit of a pita

the old style plate that goes between the engine block and bell housing should work, it has holes in it, that should work to plumb the dual cooler.
1. top mount starter pad on the bell housing needs to be machined 1/4 inch for tooth engagement. (some come that way, i have 1 of each but w/o coolers) 2. engine/bell dowels need to longer ( trans to flex plate alignment |

And it looks like that mount won't clear the fittings...

As mentioned above, keep in mind that as you're mixing and matching these parts you might be changing starter and trans shaft engagement depth.
