I'm looking for a nice Compact Alternator for the hardin reverse mount , v belt drive . The kit is 20 years old and has the old delco monster .
Looking for something nice to hang on a new blower motor build . Powermaster tells me I cant run the Alternator backwards because of the fan and airflow. Whats everybody runnin?

The denso ones are the few that I've seen and heard no complaints however I'm not certain they are for marine although some advertise as. The ones I've seen certainly don't appear for marine use unless ad is generic pics. If you find something please post. I'd like to downsize my new unused GM marine 1 wire cause I have limited adjustment.

They will work either way. swap the fan for different direction. Any good old school rebuilder could do it for you
