Default HP 500 Fuel Consumption

Any one have any guesstimates on how much fuel a HP 500 burns an hour at crusing range(2000-2500RPM). I'm going on a long poker run this weekend and just would like the info.

Not sure many boats cruise at 2000-2500 rpm. Will your boat be on plane? My twin step will stay on plane at 3100 Rpms with 5 blades. But other then that......just wondering
