K planes on Convincor?

Would you bother with 280's on a 25 Convincor, or are the regular tabs sufficient for a 70+mph boat?

If you're in rough water, definitely go with 280's. The Bennet and Lenco style tabs don't have enough strength.
If in fairly calm waters (2's or less) the others will be fine.
