You would be okay with the XM262H, the additional advance and the 2 degrees less lobe separation with the XE version is probably a deal breaker though. Open thru hull exhaust or thru-prop? I ran the XM262 in a similar setup with 882 heads but stroked to 383. I had 9.6:1 comp. and it was too much. I was trying to use the flat tops that I had, but should have changed them out. Very torquey cam, would probably run out to about 5200-5300 with a 350.

The power range seems well suited for a boat. XE262H-10, Camshaft Part#12-238-2 Dyno Sheet

I'm not keen on the 110 LSA. Look at some of the Crower Hyd roller models.

Is the 110lsa realy too tight in this mild cam. Allreaydy have this xe262 & edellbrock performer cam. Performer is with 112lsa, but is not enough cam to my goals.

Comp xe262h. Exhaust closing 21 deg atdc. Intake opening 25 deg btdc. Overlab 46 deg.

Silent choice, so both options.

I ran the XM262H with stock center rise exhaust. Never had an issue.

Yes, with the lazy ramps of a flat tappet grind and stock exhaust this cam has a lot of duration for such a "mild cam" when used with stock exhaust. I would go with the xm grind. You will like it.
