If i was going to do what your wanting to do I'd use a "j w wheel", most rugged, true running flexplate that exist. Ayuh,..... Motors need a certain amount of rotatin' mass to perform properly,.....

I'd be concerned that if ya do as ya say, the motors will stall, every time ya put the drive into gear,....
