there is a online calculator for headers size but couldnt understand one question.what will I write there:



Piston Stroke (inches) -ok
Piston Bore (inches) -ok
Exhaust Valve Opening Closing (ATDC) -? dont understand what is asked here?
Peak Power RPM -ok

i'm guessing but, ATDC = after top dead center.

They are looking for the number in degrees after top dead center of piston travel that the exhaust valves open and the duration they stay open. This should be listed on the spec sheets for your cams if you have them.

it is a cam spec usually found on a cam card. There are actually 4 of them that are used to figure out duration and overlap. Charlie
