It would be wise to scan the engine to look for faults and out of spec parameters.

Possible general warning 1 - oil pressure switch. I would look there if no scan is done. A scan can pin point the fault if one is present.

Mefi 3 does not have an EXHAUST temp fault / or warning for stock OEM apps.

The high water temp alarm doesn't go off until about 195*.and the sensor is in the intake manifold.

You could just have an alarm wire that has rubbed through and is grounding itself.
A ground completes the circuit and sets off the alarm. I had it happen several years ago.
