port drive trim was not working
had power was able to jump solenoid but motor made a click and would not move
installed new motor
everything worked perfect for about 30 seconds then nothing
waited 10 seconds hit the switch worked once then nothing again (up or down)
checked power have 12v
tried jumping the solenoid motor will not engage
hooked power and ground direct to motor and the motor spins
WTF am i missing?!!!!!

If you bypassed the solenoids and the motor works then its the solenoids themselves...even though they "click" doesn't mean they will work...all that signals is the electrical plunger that moves back and forth inside the solenod to make the contact is working...the electrical contact points for the power to run through may be corroded inside and not making contact...
Have someone hit the switch at the dash and get it to "click on" then you try tapping on the solenoids with the handle of a screwdriver and see if it kicks it on...
