The cam you have is a run-of-the-mill GM industrial/marine stock POS. There's nothing rare about it unless you'd want to cut it up into a few pieces to make some paperweights out of it.
If you wanted to stay with a "stock" roller cam that would work for a 383 injected truck motor, you might want to consider an LT1/LT4 cam.
Your question may get more useful answers if asked on a truck or 4x4 forum (Pirate4x4c.com is a great place!).
Good luck.

It's actually a Merc copy of a Crane Compucam/Powermax 2032. 452/465 lift, 214/220 @ 050 112 LSA.
So while not a stock POS cam as I mentioned earlier, it isn't much of a performance upgrade to anything. There may be an old Corvette or Camaro guy that would want it for a TPI set up. Will it work in your 383? Maybe.
It is certainly not a rare cam.

I stand corrected some.

It must be pretty rare because only a handful of people have ever touched one and even less know the specs. I don't think the duration is that high.
ETA: They used it in a 2008+ MPFI boat engine so I doubt it is 1980s technology and has more lift than the HT383/350 Ramjet cam so it may be a great cam for my use.

The serial number you posted iindicated a late 90’s 5.0/5.7./6.2 Merceuiser small block. The last cam option listed for that engine matches up with the cam from Crane.
Crane went out out of business in the mid-late 2000’s, and more than likely they do not have records showing that they made it for GM/Merc.
If iyou don’t believe it, ship it out to someone to have it spec’d.

The lady at Mercruiser tech support told me that this engine was built January 15, 2008 and was a 350 Mag MPFI. That corresponds with the big 07 cast into the heads as the casting date for them.
Crane has all the records for all of the other cams they made for GM and Mercury. Turns out they did make the 377 Scorpion cam but not the 6.2 or this particular 5.7. Therefore, everything you posted so far has already been disproven.
Corrected sn 1A302392. Took lots of work to be able to get it off the plate.

Is this you opening an old thread on Speedwake:
https://www.speedwake.com/forums/9-t...s/25157?page=2
?
On that thread RMBuilder aka Bob Madara (one of our most trusted cam gurus on here on OSO) gave the specs for the cam that you have. They are a match for the lobe lifts that you measured. The probability of it being something else other that what’s stated here as well as on that speedwake thread are pretty much zero.
Crane did in fact grind cams for the OEMs. I don’t even know why I’m arguing with you. If the measurement is what you say it is (and exactly how did you measure the lobe lift?) then it is the cam I said it was, though it is funny that it ended up in a 5.7 (that cam is meant for a 6.2).
Post some pics of the cam and motor it came out of.
